Floriane is a highly qualified HR professional with both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Human Resource Management. Initially pursuing engineering to follow in her parents' footsteps, she quickly recognized that she enjoyed connecting with people and understanding their needs more.

Floriane launched her HR career as an intern at Unilever, where she earned a full-time position and gained invaluable insights into the critical importance of structure and process. Joining a company with thousands of employees taught her that executing tasks correctly from the outset is vital because small mistakes can have significant ripple effects. She then transitioned to Kimberly-Clark, another Fortune 500 powerhouse, where she successfully collaborated with regional and global teams. This role deepened her understanding of "Glocalizing," enabling her to adapt global initiatives to local markets effectively.

Her early, extensive exposure brought her into freelance work, where she worked closely with small businesses to identify HR opportunities and streamline their processes, driving down costs. Her skill in customizing programs based on individual business needs and demographics prepared her to assume an HR Manager position for another multinational company. A few years later, she relocated to Dubai, where the challenges of the global pandemic led her to take on multiple roles beyond HR in a fast-paced startup.

Demanding a competitive edge in the saturated HR landscape in the UAE, Floriane recognized the necessity of furthering her education. She pursued a master’s degree in the UK, amplifying her HR expertise to a global level.

While completing her master’s, she juggled her studies with HR freelancing, gaining hands-on experience along the way. After graduating, she took the leap into self-employment, an initiative that led to the creation of Floriane Consulting LLC. What started in the UK has now found its home and is thriving in sunny Florida, USA.

After working with numerous HR and marketing professionals throughout her decade-long career, Floriane leveraged her connections to build a highly effective team that thrives in a fully remote environment. Our members come from diverse backgrounds, with experience ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations across various industries.
